What your stair can be
The attic stairs are a type of vertical stairs generally used to provide access to terraces or the upper portions of deposits, ceilings, penthouses, lofts or silos, they are fitted with an exterior-type cylindrical structure that provides security avoiding falls. The attic stairs can be equipped with a top or bottom gate in order to prevent undesirable access. In case the total height of the attic stair is higher than nine meters the staircase is constructed in two parts separated by a break in between them.
One advantage of the attic stairs is that, because they are fixed, they are more stable than the folding or retractable stairs.
